DIY Summer Inspired Snow Globes

Add subeading Hey guys! (I’m so sorry for not posting in a very long time.) It’s June, and summer is in *counting the calendar* less than 2 weeks! So that means we all might need to re-decorate for summer. As you can tell from the title, today I will teach you how to make summer inspired snow globes. (Wait? Then why do I still call them “snow globes”? Oh well.)

What You’ll Need:

  • Clear Jars
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Glycerin or Water
  • Small Summer Toy
  • Optional: Glitter

What You’ll Need To Do:

You first take the cap of your clear jar, and hot glue on your small summer toy to the cap. Make sure that the side of the cap that you are gluing it on, is faced in. That means that if you put the cap back on, the toy should be on the inside. Next, you want to fill your jar with glycerin or water. If you decided to put glitter in your snow globe, put in about 1 teaspoon.

Put the cap back on and now you have your snow globe!

Duct Tape Phone Cases

DIY Duct Tape Phone

It’s almost summer and I’m going to middle school, so my mom thought it would be a nice idea to get me a new phone. When she mentioned that, I suddenly remembered a DIY I saw on YouTube, which is Duct Tape Phone Cases.

What You’ll Need:

  • Scissors
  • Duct Tape
  • Clear Phone Case

What To Do:

Since I don’t want you guys to damage your phones I had you guys get clear phone cases. First, you put on your clear phone cases. And then you can put on the duct tape. You can put them on in any pattern or creative way. Cut off any excess duct tape with your scissors.

Easter Inspired Mason Jars 🐣

step0002Hey guys! So Easter is right around the corner and I thought Easter inspired Mason Jars would be a pretty cute idea for you guys!

  1. Pink Jelly Beans
  2. Yellow Jelly Beans
  3. White Jelly Beans
  4. 3 Jars
  5. Ribbon (optional)
  6. Sharpies (Black, Pink, Yellow, Orange)

What You’ll Need 2 Do:

So for the Bunny jar you’ll need to take your pink jelly beans and pour them into the jar. Then, draw a bunny face on the jar with a Sharpie. (Hint: Use pink for the nose.) Tie a ribbon around the jar. Now you’re done!

Just repeat this with the other 2 jars except different color according to the animal.

Beauty and the Beast Movie

BelleHermioneI know it’s been a while since the Beauty and the Beast movie had come out. I watched it the other night and it was awesome.

Beauty and Beast isn’t like the other movies I watch. It reminds me of a mix of a Broadway show and an opera. Most kids don’t like that stuff (probably because it is boring and weird). But Beauty and the Beast is that. Except different…

Another thing I like about it is Emma Watson. She is so pretty. (Even though I liked her better as Hermione). It just seems so casual for me to see Emma Watson playing Belle. (Is that weird? Yea, probably is.)

So what I’m trying to say after all these paragraphs is that Beauty and the Beast is an awesome movie if you hadn’t seen it. If you have seen it I hope you liked it.

April Fools Day P•R•A•N•K•S

TrustNo1

April1st

So, it is pretty obvious that today is April Fools day. I made this post to give you some pranking ideas. (Reminder: TRUST NO ONE)

Prank #1:

So while your victim is not looking, squirt lotion on their doorknob. Then, when they try to open the door their hands will slip and the won’t be able to open it. (Squirt extra lotion on it just in case.)

Prank #2:

For this prank you just take clear nail polish and paint it around the bar of soap in the shower. when they try to use it they won’t get soap.

Prank #3:

Take Oreos and a bottle of edible toothpaste (you don’t want to harm your victim) and scoop out the cream in the Oreos. Then, squirt toothpaste inside the Oreo.

Happy April Fools Day!

Making S•L•I•M•E

Slime is a very fun thing to play with because it has a good texture and because it’s stretchy. It’s colorful, glittery, and sparkly. So today I’m going to show you how to make slime with glue and laundry detergent.

SLIMESLIME

What You’ll Need:

  • Glitter (optional)
  • Food Coloring (optional)
  • Container/Spoon
  • 1/4 cup glue
  • 1 tablespoon laundry detergent

What To Do:

Take your container and pour in your glue and laundry detergent. Mix it with a spoon. If it is sticky and not slimy enough add a tiny bit more laundry detergent. Mix it again. This should start to form slime. The slime should already have a color depending on the laundry detergent. If you want a different color then add food coloring. Add glitter to make it glittery. Keep it in a container or a bag because it will soon dry up if you don’t.

Now you have your S•L•I•M•E
